1978 Aria Pro II LS-500 in tobacco burst
Flame maple one piece top and chambered mahogany body. Three piece mahogany neck. Long neck tenon
Chrome hardware, Gotoh bridge, original MIJ tail piece. Sealed tuners
The body has nicks, dings, dents, and a few finish checks. One on the top by the bridge tone pot, and a few more on the back of the headstock around the tuners
The frets show some wear, but less than normal for a 45 year old guitar

Very Cool, lawsuit Aria Pro II LP Custom built in Japan 1977. Great build. Old school heft. Pancake body, 9 4 pounds. Nice grain and some birdseye on the solid maple cap. All original with upgraded Alnico 5 Zebra humbuckers
Has great look and mojo and a joy to play. Binding has shrunk a bit but is still in tact (see pics for example) and has yellowed but has great vintage look. Headstock and headstock inlays are classic Custom lawsuit era. Plenty of life in the frets. Neck is a slimmish C ... more

This guitar from Aria is in overall very good condition for its age. The guitar does not have a serial number and based on further research we have concluded that this guitar was made some time in the 80's. The guitar shows signs of player use and wear from over the years: surface scratches, larger scratches on the back finish, headstock scratches, hardware and pick ups show signs of use. Super cool and rare LP style, single bound, Aria guitar produced in Japan. Based on the serial number, we believe it was produced in 1977, which would make it a "Lawsuit Era" piece. It's equipped with dual humbuckers, 4 control knobs, and a 3 way P U. switch

Now THIS is a good looking vintage Les Paul Custom! Made by Matsumoku in June 1978, this LC-600 wears the very classy Violin Brown finish and features a carved mahogany top, pancake mahogany body, slim 60's maple neck with a small volute, 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, weighs 4 3kg's. Unmarked Dimarzio style pickups (with Patent Pending printed on the wires), original pots and hardware all working well and sounding great.... more

Made by the Matsumoku factory in 1976, the LC-500 was Aria Pro II's base model Les Paul Custom. Solid mahogany body with an arched maple top bolted to a slim 60's style maple neck with an Indian rosewood fingerboard, it weighs just over 4kg's. Loaded with the original Matsumoku "T-Top" humbuckers (covers removed) and original tuners with what looks to be an aftermarket bridge and tailpiece along with one replaced tone pot
