This is a used 1981 Tokai Love Rock. I believe it is an LR 50. Three piece body. Stamped Serial number of 1010618. Short neck tenon
This example is in Very Good condition. It has signs of use and wear as shown. The neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan, and I believe the bridge pickup is as well. However, I cannot get to the bridge pick up as a couple of the pickup holder screws are slightly stripped and I did not want to force the issue. Nitro finish and all original besides the set liver neck pickup (Seth live made and designed the 1959 Gibson paf)

Here is a cool vintage 1981 Japanese Tokai LS-60 Love Rock Les Paul. Vintage Tokais (??78-??85) are our absolute favourite Japanese lawsuit style Japanese single-cuts here at GSG. This one is a real beauty with a rare tobacco burst finish (they are often bright tomato clownbursts ) There is even little birdseye in the top. Here is a really nice vintage 1984 Japanese Tokai LS-50 Love Rock Les Paul Goldtop. Vintage Tokai (??78-??85) are our absolute favourite lawsuit style Japanese single-cuts. This one is a beaut, with a really nice goldtop (a lot harder to find than the usual clownbursts you see from this period). It??s in fine vintage condition with no mods, breaks, repairs etc. Lovely resonant old wood. Straight neck with a thinner 60's profile carve, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets.
