CSL Les Paul Copy

CSL Les Paul Custom Guitar, 1970??s, lawsuit era with Gibson open book headstock, made at the famed FujiGen Gakki factory, Matsumoto Japan.
Well used and naturally relic??d with numerous dints, scuffs and a few lacquer cracks. Tuners have been changed to Wilkinson Tulip style (one is unbranded and slightly different colour)
Set up nicely and plays well, also sounds great!

Branded CSL for Charlie Summerfield Limited who were a UK importer and distributer of many products, this guitar was made in the Fujigen Gakki plant in Matsumoku, Japan in the mid 70's as evidenced by the spec which includes pre-lawsuit 'open book' headstock shape.
Cosmetically, this guitar appears to be based on the 1960 version of the Les Paul standard with gold reflector knobs and a slim neck which closely resembles the current Gibson '60's' profile.
