Hondo Samick Vintage 1970s Les Paul copy Dimarzio Pickups Deep Sunburst Finish,
The Guitar has just come back from my Guitar Tech. Full set up on 9 to 46 Super silky strings. Neck and frets polished and neck oiled. All electrics cleaned and working as they should. My tech took the pickups out and confirmed they are DiMarzio

Built by Samick in Korea, this was the first model year after the famous "lawsuit era" headstock, when they decided to slightly modify the open book headstock to prevent the wrath of Gibson
Bolt-on neck, with beautiful bound rosewood fretboard with pearloid block inlays. 22 frets, 24 75" scale length. Original model number sticker still on the neck plate

Here we have a super nice and very unusual Vintage Hondo II Electric Guitar H741 Les Paul Copy. This is a made in Japan copy of the famous American guitar brand and is from the 1970??s (most likely 1972 - 1977). There are a few chips in the paint mainly on the back of the guitar. Well set up with new strings it has a super low action and a great tone. A much sought after guitar from way back in the day. My vintage Hondo les Paul one of my main guitars I used in my university days. In good condition for age everything works fully Tested.
There are some cosmetic marks on guitar due to age however it still looks very nice.
There is a hairline varnish crack on the finish on neck it was there when brought in the late 90s ive had it checked by a guitar Luither and he says it??s not an issue. Guitar is solid.
